Sessions - Preparation (Agenda and Keys) for sponsors

Unleash the potential of MentorKey's Sessions feature. This guide explains how to use the KeyNotes and Notes features to create clear sponsorship session agendas, supporting you in having focused sponsorship conversations. Elevate your session preparation with MentorKey.

What are Sessions - Preparation (Agenda and Keys)?

Using the Sessions feature on MentorKey before your sponsorship session allows you to approach the session with a clear agenda, ensuring that you can articulate and focus on the specific topics you wish to explore with your sponsee. Your sponsee may choose to prepare for their session with you by setting the agenda or sharing a completed Key in advance of your sponsorship session. You can find how to access completed Keys they have shared with you by clicking here and an Agenda they have shared with you by clicking here.

There are two available features you can use to achieve this:

  1. Agenda
  2. Keys

Agenda

Logging an Agenda

Logging an Agenda in MentorKey helps you to prepare for your upcoming session with your sponsee. Although it's highly recommended that you do so, it is entirely optional and you have the flexibility to choose whether or not to log your notes.
