We’ve simplified the layout so you can quickly and easily find what you need. Everything is now clearly organised and accessible with just a few clicks.

MentorKey now features a fresh visual design, one that reduces distractions and puts your mentoring goals front and centre. The clean, modern interface is designed to help you concentrate on what matters most, your goals and conversations.

Smarter AI to Support Every Step

One of the most powerful upgrades is our enhanced AI support, designed to help you feel ready, focused and purposeful heading into each session.

Here’s how it works:

• Key Recommendations: Our intuitive AI suggests the right Keys for you based on your program goals and objectives.
• Agenda Building: Not sure what to cover in your next session? Our AI will guide you with prompts to build a structured, relevant agenda that keeps conversations on track.
• Session Summaries: Let AI do the work of summarising your meetings into insights and actions, helping you to understand your next steps.

All of your existing notes, goals, and key takeaways remain in MentorKey. Nothing has been removed or reset. The platform simply looks better, works smarter, and helps you make more of your mentoring time.

Here’s a quick rundown of what’s changed:

• KeyNotes are now called Completed Keys, making their purpose clearer
• Key Journey has become Recommended Keys, shifting from a structured path to flexible, personalised solutions
• Keys are now organised into new subpages: Discover, Continue, Completed, and Shared with Me for easier navigation.
• AI is integrated into session preparation (to guide agendas) and reflection (to generate summaries and actions).
• Homepage timeline removed, with plans for an improved notifications system.
• All program info, including your partner profile, resources, and events (coming soon), is now under See Program Details.
• Download all content now lives in a dedicated section in the left-hand menu.

Accessing the new platform

You don’t need to change anything to access the updated MentorKey experience. Your login details remain the same, and you’ll continue to use the existing platform link. It’s the same platform you know—just better.
